Job summary

Neuromancers Cic invites a Programming Assistant to support Peer Counselling Clinics, Student Placements and the second Peer Solidarity Certificate cohort. You will lead commissioning of six-week Peer Clubs for the neurodivergent+ community, in line with our strategic priorities.

You will handle programming administration, reporting, impact measurement and coordination of personnel, while helping maintain our care infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Community rooted mental health work
• Demonstrable programme administration experience, such as managing support requests
• Leadership, supervision, management, and/or mobilisation of small groups
• Confidence with programme design and delivery
• Strong competency with navigating and managing online softwares
• Managing calendar, inbox, and various responsibilities within a time-limited role

Responsibilities

• Support Peer Counselling Clinics, Student Placements and Peer Solidarity Certificate Programme cohorts
• Lead commissioning of six Peer Clubs and design programming themes
• Assist facilitator onboarding, promotion campaigns and registrations
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and event moderation
• Manage feedback collection and intake communications
• Oversee payments, reminders and contracting processes
