This role requires excellent time-management, competency for administrative work, and passion for peer-led mental health care.
This is generally a remote role. Our Programming Assistant will be encouraged to attend our optional in-person co-working days in London (the first Monday of each month) and in the medium-term NEUROMANCERS hopes to build in-person London programming. We will ask you to demonstrate your understanding of the role and approach to this work, name how you will self-organise within the hours, and how you align with our values. As Programming Assistant, you will support multiple existing programmes and lead on commissioning of our Peer Clubs programming, designing a small array of six-week supportive spaces for the neurodivergent+ community in-line with our organisational strategy and centring our communities of focus.
