Job summary
Workwell is seeking an experienced D365 CE Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead backlog ownership and the product roadmap for the D365 CE platform and a standalone client/worker portal. You will drive requirements, epics, and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and senior stakeholder priorities.

Qualifications
- Expert-level requirements elicitation and documentation skills: user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and data dictionaries.
- Own and manage the D365 CE backlog and product roadmap with clear prioritisation.
- Translate business objectives into epics, features and user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure fit and traceability.
Responsibilities
- Own the D365 CE and portal product backlog and roadmap.
- Define requirements and ensure end-to-end traceability from business objective to delivered functionality.
- Lead workshops and interviews to elicit needs and validate solutions.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, data dictionaries, and process maps for development.
- Author Epics, Features, User Stories with acceptance criteria.
- Support UAT and sign-off on completed features.
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to confirm designs.
