Be Applied Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead app and platform initiatives aimed at supporting teachers and pupils across the UK. This is a fully remote, UK-based position with a fixed-term contract to 31 March 2027 and a salary of £71,043 plus benefits.

We offer a 4.5-day week and an 11% employer pension, with a strong culture of flexibility and impact. You will work with engineers, designers, researchers and curriculum specialists to deliver high-quality digital products.

Qualifications

• Experience defining initiatives and launching education technology products.
• Experience collaborating with technical engineering teams.
• Delivery ownership in cross-functional squads without direct reports.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and build trust with non-direct reports.
• Technical background with software/web technologies.
• Experience using user research and data to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery within cross-functional squads: set priorities, manage pace, and meet OKRs/releases.
• Identify and deliver user-focused products to grow usage and improve UX.
• Drive product launches with school support, education and product teams.
• Translate strategy into detailed roadmaps, initiatives and prototypes.
• Manage digital spending by scoping and prioritising development work.
• Identify product gaps and generate ideas to improve experiences for teachers and pupils.
• Use data and hypotheses to test assumptions and iterate.
• Act as a product champion guiding development with data.
