Job summary

WorkWave is seeking a Product Designer to craft intuitive product experiences for non-technical users across our SaaS solutions. You will partner with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs, validate ideas, and ensure a consistent, accessible experience.

You’ll collaborate with leaders, managers, and engineers in a triad model to drive product excellence, storytelling, and usability testing. The role emphasizes data-informed design and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering product design for digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital products and impact.
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and their customer impact.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Transform customer and business objectives into compelling products.
• Develop multiple solutions across the product suite from concept to delivery.
• Manage the design process from discovery to high-fidelity prototype.
• Ensure designs prioritize non-technical users with simplicity and trust.
