Job summary

Propel is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building AI-enabled workflows and an extensible platform. We seek a Senior Product Designer who will own end-to-end design, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to ship intuitive experiences that solve real problems.

You’ll influence product direction, balance technical constraints with user needs, and contribute to a growing design organisation that ships value quickly. A hands-on, problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing B2B SaaS products.
• Strong track record of tenure and ownership in previous roles.
• Experience on complex products, platforms or workflows.
• Proven ability to take products from concept through to shipped experience.
• Strong product thinking with excellent UX and UI execution.

Responsibilities

• Own design projects end-to-end, from problem definition through delivery.
• Turn complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences with Product and Engineering.
• Make clear, evidence-based product and design decisions.
• Translate user and business needs into practical product solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers throughout the delivery process.
• Contribute to the evolution of the core SaaS platform and AI-enabled workflows.
• Balance user experience, technical constraints and commercial objectives.
• Take ownership of problems rather than just delivering a brief.
• Help raise the bar for Product Design across the organisation.
