Job summary

Dwelly is seeking a highly talented Product Designer to shape experiences across Tenant Find, Property Management, Payments, and CRM. You’ll join a small, fast-moving team to elevate data-dense internal tools and customer portals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design with a portfolio spanning complex/operational tools and consumer products.
• Experience in early-stage, low-structure environments as well as product-led settings.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills; systems thinking; attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across product and engineering.
• Ability to prototype and ship designs quickly and independently with AI.

Responsibilities

• Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs for customer-facing products and internal back-office tools.
• Own the design process from concept to build-ready specs, iterating after launch.
• Establish and maintain a shared design system, component library, and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate requirements into shippable design.
