Coats Group plc is recruiting for a remote- based Product and Chemical Compliance Analyst to support the Group Product & Chemical Compliance Team. You will coordinate compliance activities, manage data, and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met across global operations.

Key tasks include logging and tracking requests, updating the RSL process, coordinating SDS reviews, and maintaining reporting templates.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Materials/Textile Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a business environment.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and Environment legal requirements.
• Experience in managing data accurately.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience in textile or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of global chemical regulations (e.g., REACH, RoHS, TSCA, DSL, Prop65).
• Experience with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and EcoVadis.
• Advanced MS Excel

Responsabilités

• Coordinate product and chemical compliance activities within the Group Product & Chemical Compliance Team.
• Log, assign and track compliance requests; produce KPI reports.
• Support RSL test scheduling, data management, and supplier compliance.
• Maintain RSL and SDS databases; contribute to SharePoint content.
• Track Higg FEM, SLCP, ZDHC and EcoVadis performance.
• Assist in data analyses to improve compliance processes and reporting.
