Job summary

LANXESS is seeking a Junior Analyst to join the UK team as a remote home worker. The role coordinates OR compliance documentation for EU and UK REACH, submits dossiers, and manages invoice processing while monitoring regulatory accounts.

You will support data integrity in SVT frameworks, assess product compositions for customer coverage, and handle communications with clients. This role also drives process improvements and digitalisation of regulatory workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage documentation.
• Numeracy and data tracking to monitor compliance metrics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Sheets for reporting.
• Experience with dossier submissions and portal account updates.
• Science graduate with related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OR compliance documentation for EU/UK REACH across departments.
• Evaluate product compositions and verify REACH registration details for customer coverage.
• Manage external client communications and deliver accurate compliance documents.
• Maintain and improve SVT tracking metrics and regulatory controls.
• Monitor REACH-IT and UK Comply with REACH portals for LANXESS registrations.
• Assist with workflow improvements and digitalisation of regulatory processes.
