Job summary

LANXESS UK is seeking a Junior Analyst to support chemical compliance tasks from a UK home-based position. The role focuses on organizing Only Representative documentation, preparing registration dossiers, managing invoice processing, and monitoring regulatory accounts such as REACH-IT and UK Comply with REACH.

You will assist data integrity within SVT frameworks, assess product compositions for customer coverage, and support digital transformation projects to streamline regulatory workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise and track regulatory deadlines.
• IT and numeracy skills to monitor data-driven compliance systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Sheet for reporting and tracking.
• Experience with dossier submissions and invoice/workflow processes.
• Science graduate with related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OR compliance documentation for EU/UK REACH across departments.
• Evaluate chemical product compositions and verify REACH registration coverage.
• Manage client communications and deliver compliant documentation.
• Maintain SVT system tracking metrics and oversee technical controls.
• Monitor REACH-IT and UK Comply with REACH portals for LANXESS registrations.
• Coordinate registration dossiers submission and related regulatory fees.
