The ideal candidate will have extensive finance expertise and proven leadership skills, as well as experience in delivering successful ERP implementations. This role includes managing a team of consultants, ensuring high project delivery standards, and interacting with senior stakeholders. Qualifications

• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and translate financial requirements into effective ERP solutions.
• Confidence presenting to and influencing C-suite leaders.
• Producing specifications, process maps, and solution blueprints to a professional standard.
• Managed or mentored a consulting team.
• Experience delivering Epicor ERP implementations or major upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of ERP solutions, from initial discovery to post-go-live support.
• Lead client workshops and recommend effective system designs.
• Oversee configuration of Epicor modules.
• Produce comprehensive documentation and test plans.
• Ensure projects meet agreed milestones and budgets.
• Coach and manage a team of five consultants.
• Act as a senior escalation point for functional challenges.
