Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates is seeking an experienced Epicor Systems Accountant to join the team. You will combine a solid finance background with hands-on Epicor ERP know-how to support, optimise and improve financial processes within Epicor across client environments.

The role is fully remote, offering the chance to work with diverse customers and configurations, helping businesses maximise ERP value and streamline month-end, GL, AP and AR activities.

Qualifications

• Strong finance and accounting experience across financial processes.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP is essential.
• Understanding of GL, AP/AR, financial reporting and month-end processes.
• Experience supporting, implementing or optimising ERP finance systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and engage confidently with customers.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise Epicor ERP financial modules and processes.
• Work with customers on finance-related system queries, issues and improvements.
• Support financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end processes.
• Help configure and improve finance workflows within Epicor.
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Liaise with finance teams and technical colleagues to deliver effective ERP solutions.
