Sophos is recruiting for a Senior Director, Pricing Operations to transform and centralize our SecOps pricing function. You will design the target operating model, stand up the team and cadence, and keep leadership informed of market shifts with a strong link to the Network Security group.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted pricing governance, analytics, and fast decision execution across multiple teams in a remote-first, global environment.

Formación

• Track record building or transforming pricing or revenue ops in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Experience leading organizational change and governance adoption.
• Familiarity with discount governance and competitive pricing intelligence.
• Strong leadership to build a new team and establish operating rhythm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with exec stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build centralized Pricing Operations with clear ownership of strategy, analytics, and deal support.
• Define a segment-aware pricing cadence and regular governance cycle.
• Stand up pricing council and governance with clear rationale and communication to stakeholders.
• Develop AI-assisted digital workers for pricing analysis and market alerts, avoiding headcount growth.
• Provide early market visibility on pricing moves and disruptions to leadership.
• Partner with Network Security to align pricing decisions across SecOps and Network Security.
• Define and report cadence metrics: decision-to-communication time and discount discipline.
