Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Research Director, Policy to lead the NAVLIN Insights team in global pricing, reimbursement and policy intelligence. The role combines policy expertise with client engagement, analytics and strategic consulting across a range of pharma clients. This remote position prefers UK-based work, with flexibility for other locations.

The successful candidate will oversee delivery of policy-driven products, drive business development, and shape AI-enabled capabilities within NAVLIN.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in health policy, market access, pricing & reimbursement
• Analytical mindset with understanding of global policy landscape
• Proven client-facing consulting or advisory experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with data analytics or AI-enabled workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead NAVLIN Daily policy coverage and ensure timely updates
• Oversee MFN tracking and global pricing & reimbursement monitoring
• Deliver policy insights, briefs, webinars and client briefings
• Support business development and revenue growth for policy offerings
• Explore AI-enabled products and automation within NAVLIN Insights
