Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Director, Pricing & Market Access Policy to lead the NAVLIN Insights team. You will drive global pricing intelligence, MFN tracking, and policy monitoring, delivering senior client-facing insights and strategic consulting support.

The role focuses on translating complex developments into actionable business outcomes, guiding cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI/automation to scale policy tracking. UK-based preference, remote or London office.

Qualifications

6–10+ years of experience in health policy, market access, pricing & reimbursement, or related fields.
Analytical mindset with understanding of global pharmaceutical policy and pricing dynamics.
Proven client-facing experience and ability to translate policy into business implications.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with data analytics or AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead NAVLIN Daily team delivering policy, pricing and reimbursement news for thousands of users.
Provide policy intelligence leadership on MFN tracking and pricing policy monitoring.
Oversee delivery of policy insights and client support with timely updates.
Translate complex policy developments into actionable client insights.
Present policy insights to biopharma clients and lead client briefings and webinars.
Support business development and collaborate with commercial teams to grow policy offerings.
Contribute to broader EVERSANA consulting engagements on pricing & market access strategy.
Explore AI-enabled tools to enhance policy tracking and create new offerings.
