EVERSANA UK is seeking a Director, Pricing & Market Access Policy to lead the NAVLIN Insights team, delivering policy services, pricing intelligence and client-facing engagements. You will drive global pricing strategies, MFN tracking and policy monitoring to support biopharma clients.

The role emphasizes senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration and the adoption of AI-enabled workflows to enhance insights and growth. Remote work is supported from the UK with potential travel.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in health policy or market access roles.
• Experience in pricing and reimbursement and MFN concepts.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate policy into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the NAVLIN Daily news service covering policy, pricing and reimbursement developments.
• Provide policy intelligence leadership, MFN tracking, and global pricing monitoring.
• Oversee delivery of policy intelligence services and timely client updates.
