Job summary

Police Digital Service, recruiting on behalf of the NPCC National Data & Analytics Office (NDAO), seeks a PMO Manager for a permanent remote role. You will lead transformation programmes, formulate statements of work, and manage multi-project delivery.

You will work with stakeholders across forces, applying Waterfall and Agile methodologies while ensuring governance and benefits realisation. Relevant PMO credentials are preferred; salary is £60,000 per annum.

Qualifications

Prince2, MSP or MoP or other relevant qualification.
Experience in a management role within a portfolio management office.
Experience in programme and project delivery.
Experience applying project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).

Responsibilities

Support the organisation through the full lifecycle of transformational change initiatives.
Formulate statements of work for delivering PDS work packages.
Lead and deliver successful business change activities for programmes/projects.
Plan, organise and deliver multiple programmes of work to tight deadlines and budgets.
Balance and matrix manage multiple resources in complex change programmes.
Manage staff within a change function.
Facilitate groups, balancing conflicting opinions and building consensus.
Effectively manage stakeholders of varying seniority and multi-agency collaboration.
Develop solutions or interventions to improve performance and outcomes.
