Job summary

Cape Clarke in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Fast-Track Personal Injury Fee Earner for a fully remote role. You will handle claimant Personal Injury cases from instruction to settlement, with an established caseload and end-to-end ownership of files.

The role requires 3+ years' PI experience, strong knowledge of EL/PL/OL claims, and familiarity with the MOJ Portal and CPR. A remote, home-based working environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced non-qualified Fee Earner
• Non-qualified candidates must have at least 3 years’ claimant Personal Injury experience
• Background in EL/PL claims and claimant personal injury case management is essential
• Strong knowledge of the MOJ Portal, CPR and litigation process
• Confident running litigated files from instruction through to settlement
• Comfortable working independently within a remote environment

Responsibilities

• As a Fast-Track Fee Earner, you will have the opportunity to run cases from start to finish and cover a range of Personal Injury claims such as employer liability, public liability, and occupiers' liability.
• Caseloads may vary in volume and complexity, but you will typically manage a caseload of approximately 100-120 files.
• Files will be a combination of fast track cases EL/PL & OL up to the values of £25,000.
