Jobgether is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal for a fully remote role, supporting a U.S. plaintiff-side PI law firm. The position requires at least 5 years as a paralegal or attorney, with 2+ years in U.S. PI work, and strong English communication.

You will handle intake, evidence gathering, settlement demand packages, and litigation support, coordinating with clients, medical providers, insurers, and counsel. A long-term remote commitment is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional paralegal/lawyer experience.
• 2+ years as a personal injury paralegal for a U.S. firm.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. plaintiff-side PI matters and end-to-end case handling.
• Experience organizing medical records, insurance docs, and evidence.
• Experience drafting settlement paperwork and supporting settlements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support attorneys in managing plaintiff-side PI cases from intake to settlement or litigation.
• Conduct client intake and collect information on accidents, injuries, coverage, employment, and medical history.
• Organize medical records, bills, police reports, insurance records and other evidence.
• Maintain client communication on treatment, case progress, and milestones.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Prepare settlement packages and related documents.
• Monitor deadlines, liens, damages, and settlement activity.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and notices.
• Assist deposition, mediation, hearing, and trial prep with exhibits and evidence.
• Ensure proper case management and secure digital files.
