Job summary

Partner Company is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a U.S. legal team in civil litigation matters from intake through trial preparation. This fully remote role collaborates with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, courts, and witnesses to draft documents, manage discovery, and organize case materials.

The ideal candidate has extensive drafting skills, deep knowledge of U.S. civil litigation, and a proven ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional paralegal, lawyer, or attorney experience.
• 2+ years as litigation paralegal in a law firm (US)
• Strong drafting and document preparation skills.
• Experience with US civil litigation procedures and case management.
• Familiarity with court filing systems and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with active civil litigation matters from intake to trial prep.
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence.
• Prepare and organize exhibits, deposition materials, trial documents, case summaries, and damages documentation.
• Manage discovery: collection, review, organization, production.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials.
