Job summary

Brio Digital Limited is hiring a Performance Analyst to lead performance analysis for public sector digital services. The role focuses on defining what good looks like, measuring outcomes and confirming the service meets user needs within a multidisciplinary team.

Aligned to the Government Digital and Data Profession framework, the role requires turning business needs into measurable KPIs and delivering dashboards with tools like Power BI or Looker Studio.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Performance/Data Analyst on digital products or services.
• Ability to translate business needs into measurable performance indicators.
• Hands-on use of web analytics and tag management tools (GA4, GTM).
• Experience building dashboards/reports in Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Strong data prep and QA skills; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain performance measurement frameworks with KPIs and benefits.
• Identify reporting requirements and advise on analytics tools procurement and validation.
• Analyse service performance and present findings to varied audiences.
• Combine quantitative data with qualitative UX insights to inform decisions.
• Ensure correct metrics are used at each stage of the GDS Service Standard.
• Collect, clean and QA data; peer-review analyses.
