Job summary

Brio Digital Limited is seeking a Performance Analyst to join a multidisciplinary delivery team working on public sector digital services. You will own performance analysis for your service area, defining metrics, reporting, and user-centered measurement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Performance Analyst, Digital Analyst or Data Analyst on digital services.
• Translate business goals into measurable performance indicators.
• Hands-on use of GA4 and GTM.
• Dashboard/reporting with Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and data quality skills.
• Clear communicator in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain performance measurement frameworks with KPIs and benefits.
• Identify reporting requirements and advise on analytics tools.
• Analyze service performance and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Combine quantitative data with qualitative insights from user researchers.
• Ensure measures align with the GDS Service Standard stages (discovery to live).
• Quality assure data and peer review colleagues' analyses.
