Qualifications

• Experience within travel sales, tailor-made travel, tour operations or a related travel environment.
• Strong UK destination knowledge and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with commercial awareness and pricing discussions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for tailor-made guests from enquiry to return home.
• Convert enquiries into booked trips, design itineraries, and prepare compelling proposals.
• Coordinate logistics, manage supplier partners, and support guests on tour to ensure smooth operations.
