Job summary

SGS is seeking a part-time Project Assistant (27.5 hours per week) to support our food industry services team in the UK. This remote role focuses on administration for food specification, pack copy and artwork reviews for UK retailer clients, while supplying the technical teams with necessary submissions and information.

You will keep inboxes, records and trackers up to date and assist account managers and technical staff in meeting tight client timelines, with a focus on accuracy and process

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Excel and confidence using different systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, records and reports.
• Ability to follow processes, work independently and escalate where needed.
• Experience with invoicing, purchase orders or supplier follow-up would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
