Job summary

SGS is seeking a Client Account Manager - Food Advisory to deliver exceptional service to existing clients, acting as the key contact for a large UK retailer. The role is fully remote within the UK, with travel to customer sites as needed and ideal location around Leicester.

Hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with salary up to £38,000 per annum depending on experience. You will manage client workload, coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to meet SLAs and turnaround times, obtain

Qualifications

• Over 3 years experience in an account management position.
• Background in Food Retail or Food Manufacturing.
• Educated up to A Level or equivalent.
• Advanced user of MS Office, including Excel.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Job Title: ClientAccount Manager - Food Advisory
• Job Type: Fixed Term Contract 12 months
• Location: Fully Remote - Must be UK based and happy to travel to customer sites (ideal location around Leicester)
• Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
• Salary: Up to £38,000 pa DOE

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has over 3 years experience in an account management position, we are looking for someone who has a background in Food Retail or Food Manufacturing

• Proven account management experience within a large team
• Educated up to A Level or equivalent
• Advance user of MS Office , including excel
