Hesta Health Limited is seeking a compassionate Clinical Psychologist to support postnatal women via our online platform. The role focuses on trauma-informed care and CBT, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices and patient empowerment.

You will work remotely, conducting evaluations, tracking progress, and collaborating with GPs, midwives, and other professionals to ensure holistic care and safeguarding for mothers in the postnatal period.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and licence to practise as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Expertise in trauma-informed care and proficiency in CBT.
• Exceptional communication, risk management and professional integrity.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based psychological care to postnatal women online.
• Undertake comprehensive wellbeing evaluations from mood and anxiety screenings to bonding and adjustment checks.
• Regularly track patient progress and evaluate interventions to refine care.
• Work closely with GPs, midwives, physiotherapists, and other professionals to provide holistic support.
• Proactively manage clinical risks and safeguarding concerns to protect mothers.
• Create a warm, respectful space where every woman feels heard and valued.
