Job summary

HYF Recruitment is seeking a Part-Time Evening Legal Document Production Specialist to join a top-tier global law firm, fully remote. The role offers 20 hours per week with evenings (4pm–8pm), Monday–Friday, and a permanent contract.

You will produce and manage complex legal documents, format communications, and support lawyers and business services teams with high-accuracy document production. Candidates should have legal or financial services experience and UK-based status.

Qualifications

• Advanced document production and typing skills.
• Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading ability.
• Advanced Word skills with styles, cross‑references, tracked changes and TOCs.
• Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong PDF conversion and document comparison knowledge.
• Experience in law firm or financial services environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage complex legal documents with high accuracy.
• Coordinate document amendments and updates with legal and client teams.
• Audio typing and producing correspondence, emails, letters and memoranda.
• Review requests and allocate work within the team.
• Format and amend documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Convert and compare Word and PDF documents.
• Create and amend presentations, spreadsheets and diagrams.
