Job summary

HYF Recruitment seeks a Part-Time Evening Legal Document Production Specialist for fully remote work. 4pm–8pm, Monday–Friday, 20 hours per week, with a salary of £20,000 per annum. You will join a central Document Production team within a top-tier global law firm, delivering high-quality legal documents from home.

The role requires advanced document production and typing, MS Word expertise, and experience in legal or financial services. UK-based applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced document production and typing skills.
• Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading ability.
• Advanced MS Word skills (styles, cross-referencing, tracked changes, TOC).
• Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong PDF conversion and document comparison knowledge.
• Experience in a law firm or financial services environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage complex legal documents with accuracy.
• Coordinate document amendments with legal and client teams.
• Audio typing and producing correspondence, emails, letters and memoranda.
• Allocate work within the team based on project requirements.
• Format and amend documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Convert and compare Word and PDF documents.
• Create and amend presentations, spreadsheets and diagrams.
