Job summary

HYF Recruitment, on behalf of a top-tier global law firm, is seeking a Part-Time Evening Legal Document Production Specialist to join the in-house team remotely.

You will produce, format and manage complex legal documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency across transactions, with audio typing and formatting support, from your home office 20 hours per week (4pm–8pm, Monday–Friday). Applicants must be UK-based and bring direct law-firm document production experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal document production within a law firm or financial services environment.
• Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading abilities.
• Advanced Word skills including styles, cross-referencing, tracked changes and tables of contents.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel for creating presentations and data.
• Ability to format and amend complex documents to exacting standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage complex legal documents with accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate document amendments and updates with legal and client teams.
• Audio typing and producing correspondence, emails, letters and memoranda.
• Review requests and allocate work within the team.
• Format and amend documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Convert and compare Word and PDF documents.
• Create and amend presentations, spreadsheets, diagrams and other business documents.
