Tribal Recruitment - The UK's Leading Digital & R2R Recruiters is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own strategy, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms to drive exceptional ROI for a diverse client portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with creative, content, and data teams, stay ahead of industry updates, and report performance to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a paid media role, ideally within an agency.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with data tools (GA4, Looker Studio).
• Client-facing confidence and proactive attitude.
• Based in or able to commute to London (hybrid working available).

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across key platforms.
• Analyse performance data and report KPIs.
• Manage client relationships and present campaign insights.
