Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a proactive Virtual Oral Care Consultant to join our remote UK team. You will partner with dental professionals across your territory, detail and sell Colgate's specialist professional products, and help drive brand endorsement and sales from home.

You will conduct video calls, hold educational sessions, and support dentists, hygienists, and nurses with technical insights while collaborating with the Senior Dental Area Manager to shape territory plans.

Qualifications

• Relationship-based consultative selling with strong rapport-building capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, capable of explaining complex scientific data clearly.
• Dedicated to understanding customer needs and tailoring sales recommendations.
• Skilled at evaluating market activity and territory performance to inform decisions.
• Experience with healthcare professionals is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build Strong Relationships: connect with dentists, hygienists, and dental nurses via video calls and phone to build trust.
• Drive Product Endorsement & Sales: sell specialist professional products and promote consumer brand recommendations in your territory.
• Educate & Inform: deliver technical and product insights in one-on-one virtual meetings, group presentations, and trade exhibitions.
• Strategic Territory Management: formulate weekly visit schedules and quarterly business plans to meet KPIs.
• Data & CRM Management: maintain meticulous customer records in our CRM system with notes and feedback.
• Collaborate & Grow: work with the Senior Dental Area Manager on coaching and development plans.
