Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive seeks an Education Manager to lead academic partnerships and professional education across the UK and Ireland. This field-based role requires building relationships with dental schools and students, delivering engaging lectures and hands-on workshops, and driving brand advocacy through education.

You will manage content, cross-functional communications, and compliance, while traveling up to 75% of the time to 15+ dental schools.

Responsibilities

• Create and share educational content for student events and Colgate Professional Education Hub.
• Provide market insights and ensure regulatory compliance across education initiatives.
• Oversee budget, track activities in the LMS ecosystem, and evaluate ROI of events.
