Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a proactive Virtual Oral Care Consultant to join our remote UK team. You will build relationships with dental professionals, detail Colgate's specialist professional products, and drive sales and brand endorsement across your territory.

You will educate dental teams with technical product insights, manage weekly plans, and maintain meticulous CRM records to support market feedback and growth.

Qualifications

• Relationship-building and consultative selling experience with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate complex info into clear messages.
• Customer-focused with ability to tailor sales recommendations.
• Analytical mindset to assess territory performance and market activity.
• Healthcare partnering experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with dental professionals via video calls and phone interactions.
• Drive product endorsement and sales of specialist professional products.
• Deliver technical and product insights through virtual meetings and presentations.
• Manage territory with weekly visit plans and quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain CRM records with meeting notes, feedback and competitive intel.
• Collaborate with Senior Dental Area Manager and Marketing/Sales teams for feedback.
