Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow seeks a Senior Consultant to drive Oracle HCM and Payroll Cloud implementations. You will perform requirements analysis, design solutions, configure and deploy Oracle Cloud, and support pre-sales with customers across public and private sectors.

You will leverage deep payroll knowledge, including UK legislation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions.
• Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong requirements analysis and functional design skills.
• Experience working with implementation teams for interfaces and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle from requirements to solution delivery.
• Implement Oracle HCM/Payroll Cloud across client environments.
• Engage with stakeholders and support proposal development and pre-sales activities.
