Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced ERP Specialist, Procurement to design, configure and improve Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement capabilities. The role acts as a functional SME across source-to-pay, aligning with the global ERP template while addressing regional requirements.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Shared Services and IT to deliver practical, governed solutions, oversee testing, and support change and adoption across a multi-country environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP procurement or source-to-pay experience with hands-on functional delivery or support with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, controls and data across requisitioning, purchasing, suppliers, sourcing, agreements and procure-to-pay integration.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, producing functional documentation and translating business needs into configured solutions.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, defect management, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Experience working in a multi-country, multi-entity or global-template environment is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of integration points between Procurement and Oracle Fusion Financials, Projects, Expenses or other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the functional design, configuration and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Procurement capabilities, including Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts and Supplier Portal.
• Analyze end-to-end source-to-pay processes, identify pain points and control gaps, and translate business requirements into clear functional solutions.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, Tax, Shared Services and business teams to ensure solutions are practical, integrated and aligned with policy.
• Maintain alignment with the global ERP template and design principles, while documenting genuine regional requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, process flows and other delivery documentation to support controlled change.
• Coordinate or execute system configuration, unit testing, SIT and UAT, including test scenarios and defect resolution.
• Support procurement integrations and data flows with Finance, Projects, Expenses, inventory or external applications.
• Assist with supplier, purchasing category, procurement business unit, approval, catalogue, agreement and sourcing data structures.
