Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced ERP Specialist, Procurement to design, configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement capabilities. The role collaborates with Finance, Shared Services and IT to deliver scalable, compliant source-to-pay solutions.

You will lead functional delivery, assist with testing, change support and incidents, and ensure alignment with global ERP templates while accommodating regional requirements. Hybrid or remote work options apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP procurement or source-to-pay experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and producing functional documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain system concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Procurement capabilities.
• Translate business needs into functional solutions with regional considerations.
• Coordinate testing and change activities across procurement, finance and IT teams.
• Maintain alignment with global ERP templates while addressing regional requirements.
