WSP seeks an experienced ERP Specialist, Procurement to design, configure, optimise and continually improve procurement within Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will work with Procurement, Finance, Shared Services and IT to deliver scalable, compliant, and enterprise-grade solutions.

The role combines hands-on functional delivery with process improvement, testing, change support and stakeholder engagement across regional requirements and global templates.

Formación

• 5+ years of ERP procurement or source-to-pay experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Knowledge of requisitioning, purchasing, suppliers, sourcing, agreements, receiving.
• Experience gathering requirements, workshops, functional documentation.
• Experience configuring, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Experience in multi-country/global-template environments preferred.
• Understanding integration with Oracle Fusion Financials, Projects, Expenses and other enterprise apps.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ERP governance, access controls, audit evidence and change control.

Responsabilidades

• Support the functional design, configuration and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Procurement capabilities.
• Analyse end-to-end source-to-pay processes, identify pain points and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, Tax, Shared Services and business teams to ensure solutions are practical, integrated and aligned with policy.
• Maintain alignment with the global ERP template and design principles, while assessing regional requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, process flows and delivery documentation to support controlled change.
• Coordinate system configuration, unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Support procurement integrations and data flows with Finance, Projects, Expenses or other applications.
• Assist with data structures for suppliers, purchasing categories, procurement units, approvals and sourcing data.
• Support quarterly updates, regression testing, release impact assessments and transition to BAU.
• Investigate incidents and conduct root-cause analysis, contribute to knowledge transfer for procurement users and support teams.
• Monitor adoption, process performance, compliance and control effectiveness; define measurable benefits.
• Ensure changes follow governance, security, segregation of duties, audit and data privacy requirements.
