Job summary

Jensten is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive performance, service excellence and continuous improvement across its Retail division. You will use data, insight and structured problem-solving to identify opportunities and support key business priorities.

The role suits someone with an insurance broking background who enjoys improving processes and influencing change. It is remote with travel to regional offices, reporting to the Operational Excellence Lead.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance broking environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data insight.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Acturis experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational and service performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop reporting insights to support decision-making.
• Lead improvement initiatives to simplify processes and boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to design practical solutions.
• Monitor customer service performance, complaints and feedback for improvements.
• Support change programmes by designing, testing and embedding new processes and controls.
• Build strong relationships across teams to drive continuous improvement.
