Qualifications

• Proven success in an insurance operations leadership role.
• Strong experience within Property, Niche or related sectors.
• Track record of driving improvements and delivering results.
• Experience leading large teams in remote/hybrid environments.
• Solid understanding of insurance products, underwriting and claims processes.
• Knowledge of regulation, compliance frameworks and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach Team Managers across remote and hybrid locations.
• Create a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
• Support performance management through coaching and development planning.
• Identify and nurture future talent with succession plans.
• Deliver operational and telephony KPIs across the business.
• Collaborate with recruitment to maintain pipelines and readiness.
• Analyse data to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement automation.
