Job summary

Jensten is hiring a Group Risk & Protection Consultant to grow our Health & Protection practice. You may specialise in Group Risk or Protection, with support to broaden knowledge across the wider Health & Protection market.

The role offers full remote work with travel as needed, plus access to nearest Jensten office for hybrid or in-person arrangements. You’ll develop new business, support clients and deliver expert advice within a collaborative team of 12.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Risk or Protection sales, account management or consulting.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach to generating and developing business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities through referrals, enquiries and relationship-building activities.
• Promoting the Health & Protection proposition internally and externally to prospective clients.
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities and upsell relevant products and services to clients.
• Providing advice and recommendations tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
• Reviewing employee benefit arrangements to identify cost efficiencies and improved outcomes.
• Attending client and colleague meetings, virtually or in person as required.
• Ensuring all activity complies with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.
