Job summary

OpenTable, Inc. seeks an Associate Onboarding Specialist to support the initial restaurant onboarding process. You will review accounts, collect customer information, configure initial settings, and ensure accurate records for a smooth handoff to the onboarding path.

You will maintain Salesforce records, escalate risks, and communicate clearly with restaurant partners and internal teams, while participating in training and quality reviews to grow product knowledge and judgment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, onboarding, implementation, account support, or related operations.
• Experience supporting software setup, customer onboarding, implementation, or technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage detailed work accurately and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned account information and prepare onboarding.
• Complete administrative tasks to prepare accounts for onboarding and maintain records.
• Collect required customer information and initial assets using approved processes.
• Support initial profile and system configuration using approved tools and workflows.
• Direct accounts to appropriate onboarding experiences based on guidance.
• Escalate missing information or risks per documentation and standards.
• Maintain Salesforce notes, tasks, milestones, and next actions.
• Provide clear information for the Onboarding Specialist receiving the account.
• Communicate professionally with restaurant partners and internal teams.
• Participate in coaching, calibration, and quality-review activities.
• Use approved AI tools responsibly to support productivity and quality.
