Job summary

OpenTable is seeking an Onboarding Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for transitioning new restaurant partners from post-sale preparation to full software implementation. You will drive operational excellence, scale onboarding through data-driven insights, and integrate AI tools to improve efficiency and activation timelines.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in a people leadership role across customer-facing, implementation, or operations teams.
• Proven track record of managing performance metrics, team targets, and delivering SaaS business results.
• Experience initiating and executing project management initiatives from concept to completion.
• Experience in team development, coaching, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing onboarding team to achieve career progression and consistent delivery against targets.
• Evaluate and optimize onboarding workflows; integrate AI-driven automation into daily processes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to reduce time-to-activation while maintaining high quality and satisfaction scores.
• Serve as strategic liaison across Sales, Product, and Intake to align pipeline health and updates with leadership priorities.
• Lead organizational change and capacity management using data-driven insights to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Foster a transparent, inclusive environment with accountability and continuous improvement.
