Placements24 is seeking an experienced Offshore Drilling Supervisor to lead remote offshore operations from a home office. You will provide expert supervision, ensure safety, analyze real-time data, and coordinate with onshore and offshore teams across global sites.

The role requires 10+ years in offshore drilling with supervisory experience, strong HSE knowledge, and proficiency with remote monitoring technologies. IWCF Level 4 certification is highly desirable.

• 10+ years of offshore drilling experience with supervisory roles.
• Proven track record managing complex offshore drilling projects.
• Knowledge of drilling engineering principles and equipment.
• Strong HSE knowledge and regulatory compliance in offshore oil and gas.

Mansioni

• Provide remote supervision and technical support for offshore drilling operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational plans.
• Monitor drilling progress, analyze real-time data, and make informed decisions to optimize drilling performance and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies, including HSE standards.
• Communicate effectively with offshore drilling crews, onshore support teams, and management regarding operational status, challenges, and solutions.
• Review and approve drilling procedures, equipment, and personnel deployment strategies.
• Conduct remote risk assessments and implement mitigation measures for potential hazards.
• Participate in incident investigations and contribute to the development of corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of drilling activities and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness among offshore teams.
