Qualifications

• Experience in offshore ROV operations and crew supervision.
• Proven ability to manage risk and maintain safety standards.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of themselves and others around them.
• Lead toolbox talks and risk assessments.
• Supervise launch and recovery operations.
• Coordinate maintenance to avoid client critical path.
• Prepare written technical reports after offshore cycles.
• Mentor ROV trainees and pilot techs as required.
• Interface with clients and project teams effectively.
