Health Partners in the UK is recruiting a Trainee Occupational Health Case Manager for home-based work. After an initial 8-week training, you'll manage referrals on attendance, fitness for work and OH issues with evidence-based reports and regulatory alignment.

The role offers full-time hours, remote work from home in the UK, and progression to reduced hours after training while maintaining professional development and support from OH advisors.

Qualifications

• Current NMC or HCPC registration.
• A qualification in Nursing (including Mental Health), Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
• At least 2 years' post-registration experience.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Ideally you will have previous experience in a home-based clinical role.
