Job summary

Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking a Programme Benefits Manager to lead the identification, measurement, tracking and realisation of benefits for a major NHS digital transformation programme. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on delivering value and informing investment decisions.

Proven experience managing benefits on large digital transformation programmes.
Experience developing benefits frameworks and executive-level reporting.
Strong ability to define KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics.
Excellent stakeholder management with senior business and technical stakeholders.
NHS experience is essential.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the programme's benefits management strategy, framework and realisation plans.
Define benefits, KPIs and success measures aligned with objectives and business cases.
Track, measure and report on benefits delivery with clear dashboards for senior stakeholders.
Identify risks, dependencies and issues that could impact benefit realisation.
Collaborate with programme teams and suppliers to validate benefits and gather evidence.
Facilitate workshops to define and refine programme benefits.
Support business case development and provide robust benefits analysis for investment decisions.
Promote best practice in benefits management and drive continuous improvement.
