Job summary

B. Braun Medical Ltd. in Sheffield is seeking an interim Product Manager to lead our Neurosurgery marketing initiatives for a 12-month maternity cover.

You will help maintain business continuity across the Neurosurgery portfolio while delivering strategic marketing initiatives and supporting growth opportunities. Working closely with the Neurosurgery Business Manager and the wider Sales Team, you will manage the portfolio, provide product training, and drive customer engagement, product adoption

Qualifications

• Product Management experience within a medical device industry.
• Experience delivering projects, marketing initiatives or strategic plans involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret market, customer and commercial information and turn it into practical actions.
• Experience of supporting tenders, framework submissions or similar commercial opportunities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout the UK, stay away overnight and travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Support tender and framework opportunities, including developing pricing strategies and overseeing tender submissions.
• Apply strong commercial judgement when considering pricing, profitability, product value and portfolio requirements.
• Support forecasting and commercial planning for new and existing products.
• Work with Sales on product training and in-field customer support through presentations, demonstrations, workshops and trials.
• Build relationships with internal teams, customers, key opinion leaders and global colleagues.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, threats and risks.
• Support value-based procurement initiatives through development of evidence-based value propositions.
