Job summary

Vodafone is seeking a technically skilled professional to lead incident management and project delivery for Cisco LAN/WLAN environments. The role combines remote work with occasional on-site visits across the Midlands and South of the UK, supported by a strong emphasis on customer relations and cross-functional collaboration.

We value extensive networking experience, a networking qualification, and the ability to operate under SC clearance requirements.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with Cisco LAN and Wireless LAN technologies.
Experience in configuring networks in a managed data-networking environment, ideally with a networking qualification.
Ability to develop strong customer relationships and work in a team.
SC Clearance, or eligible to obtain SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

Assure/ Incident Management of Cisco Managed LAN and WLAN.
Management of day-to-day project and provide activities.
Achieve agreed performance levels in line with business targets and SLAs.
Escalate issues to prevent SLA breaches.
Maintenance of site documentation.
Liaise with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Service Desk and High Care Delivery colleagues daily.
Attend and repair customer faults within agreed timescales.
Role is predominantly remote based with travel to customer sites in the Midlands and South of the UK, on adhoc basis, with standby rota.
