Bupa UK is seeking a Virtual MSK Physiotherapist to operate remotely with occasional attendance at Bupa Place or local centres. The role outlines a 37.5-hour week with 22.5 minimum hours, including one weekend in four, and shifts between 8am and 8pm.

Qualifications

• UK-based physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
• Post-qualification MSK experience (minimum 2 years).
• Ability to work remotely with occasional on-site attendance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telephone assessments via video and audio.
• Provide diagnosis and self-management advice; arrange onward referral if needed.
• Monitor complex and red-flag cases; escalate to Clinical Lead when appropriate.
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate advice and support.
• Manage patient pathways to achieve clinical outcomes at best cost.
