Job summary

SRVO Valuations & Surveys is seeking a Residential Surveyor (AssocRICS or MRICS pathway) to join our Survey and Professional Services team. You will deliver high-quality valuation and professional survey work for major lenders and private clients while operating from home with nationwide portfolios.

You’ll undertake lender valuations, Red Book valuations for probate, taxation and matrimonial purposes, and report to high standards, supported by a structured progression toward MRICS and ongoing

Qualifications

• AssocRICS qualified or eligible for MRICS progression.
• Committed to CPD and professional development.
• Strong knowledge of lender expectations and Red Book requirements.
• Understanding of residential property markets and building pathology.
• Clear and professional communication.
• Self-motivated with a focus on technical progression.

Responsibilities

• Undertake valuation and survey work in line with lender requirements and RICS standards.
• Deliver accurate, robust reports within SLA.
• Follow lender guidance and Red Book standards.
• Maintain CPD per regulatory obligations and stay updated on market changes.
• Build trusted relationships with lenders and clients.
• Contribute to a collaborative technical team and MRICS progression.
